Support vegan businesses with your holiday shopping this year

Support vegan businesses with your holiday shopping this year

Whenever we spend money, we vote for what we believe in. We send a message to the producer of that item/product that they are doing a good job, providing us with something we want – whether it’s for us, or for someone else. Consider that this year as you purchase the gifts you give to loved ones over the holidays. As the years pass more and more vegans start businesses to provide alternatives to products that include animal products, or are tested on animals. These days, it’s a pleasure to realize that you can get cruelty-free versions of almost anything! So why not do it? I can only think of reasons TO do it:

1) Like I already said, you’re voting with your dollars, sending a message that compassion, non-violence and healthful choices are important to you.

2) You may be creating awareness in others, depending on who the gift is for, by showing them that wonderful, cruelty-free products are available.

3) You are supporting a business that is trying to make a positive change in this world, empowering them to do even more of their good work.

4) You are sending a message of love to the person you are buying for as well, telling them that you care enough to choose a gift for them that is made with love, and given with love.
