Why too much oily fish can be BAD for you: Women eating a portion a day may 'increase the risk of type 2 diabetes by a quarter'

The research, presented at the European Association for the Study of Diabetes, suggest women should monitor their levels of fatty acid consumption, which is also found in red meat.
