Family doctor of a teenager who died after the warning signs of her diabetes were repeatedly missed is allowed to continue practising - despite her 'serious failures'

A tribunal in Manchester concluded Dr Michelle Watts' failings over Angus teenager Claire Taylor's diagnosis was 'serious misconduct' but that her fitness to practice was not impaired.
