Repeating the same exercises you have been doing for years will not help you gain any muscle mass but will simply maintain you at the same level, so try switching out to different exercises, or changing the order of your current exercise’s to see what affect that has on your quest for bigger muscles.
There are so many different exercises out there today and I’m not just talking about you standard crunch and all those jump training. If you really want to get six pack abs and those crunches won’t work on you try another exercise. look for finishing steps to chisel out the six packs fast. Six pack is a step away from flat stomach and what you do to finish it makes the difference.
